Aisha jamila hinds was born in the United States and is best-known for her role in The Shield. Her versatility has been demonstrated on TV in shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7, and Under the Dome since she made her debut with an acting role in 2003. Anna's role in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major break. It was however her portrayal of feminist activist Fannie Louis Hamer from the documentary film All the Way, which gave her the respect she earned as an actress. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 9-1-1 was renewed for the third series from 20th Century Fox Television. Hind is currently filming the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is scheduled to release in mid-2019. His father Krishnaraj is an Army scientist who died in March of 2017 and her Mother Vrinda is a homemaker. Her older brother is Aditya Rai who works as a merchant navy engineer. The brother of Bachchan wrote and produced Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. She attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family relocated. After completing her intermediate studies through Jai Hind College, she enrolled at D.G. Ruparel College in Matunga where she was awarded a 99% mark score in the H.S.C. exams. She studied classical music and dance for 5 years during her teenage years. Her favorite study was zoology. Bachchan took a course in architecture after she took home the title Miss World 1994. The title catapulted Bachchan into the fast-lane of modeling. The lucrative work she did with PepsiCo Inc. & Vogue magazine and her deal as a spokesmodel with L'Oreal Paris were all rewarded in 2003. The two first films of her career were Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya and Iruvar. Bachchan was the symbol of New Bollywood with these films which defied the basic Bollywood form of structure. Bachchan's heartbreaking portrayal of Paro an adoring lover who was jilted in Devdas (2002), one of the most well-known Bollywood movies of the time and first shown at the Cannes Film Festival cemented her as Queen of Bollywood. Chokher (2002), a dramatized version of the Rabindranath Tagore novel Chokher (2003) received much acclaim. In that same year she served as the only Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan was in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice which is the musical version and dance adaptation to Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan has been able to add her charisma and beauty to her debut major English language film. She returned to Bollywood was for Dhoom: 2 2006 before she released Provoked A True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan got married to her in April 2007. He's both a Bollywood star and regular co-star.
